Our Customer Care team acts with the utmost timeliness: we can provide real-time updates on the status of orders and deliveries, and intervene with the utmost precision in case of unforeseen events.

We guarantee a continuous service from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, while on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays we guarantee service during the morning.

From order placement to 48 hours after delivery, we provide maximum support at every stage.
